Job Description
Nexusnow.ai is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect for its Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, integration, workflows, and enterprise-level solution design.
The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading technical implementations, supporting platform governance, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical guidance.
- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise workflows.
- Lead technical implementations and development activities.
- Design and manage integration with enterprise applications.
- Develop workflows, custom applications, and automation solutions.
- Support platform security and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, IRM and SecOps.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integration.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of workflows, integration, custom applications, security, and platform governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical implementations and mentoring developers.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS or CTA are preferred.
Candidate Profile
This opportunity is suitable for experienced ServiceNow professionals with 8+ years of experience who have strong architecture and development expertise and can lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
